鮑魚雞湯,辣蒸魔鬼魚,蒜炒白菜仔



趁星期日有空,我家老闆又想食鬼魚,就煮點平時好少煮的餸菜。

點解咁豪,煲鮑魚雞湯?因見有罐過期鮑魚(過咗成一個多月),棄之可惜,膽粗粗就買個雞殼(無手無腳,得個身)來煲湯。

買咗一片鬼魚, 魚檔阿伯教我買呢隻辣椒醬黎蒸魚,一定掂檔。 



 


















鬼魚真係又好好味,個湯都好甜。。。yeah, 好有成功感。


呢餐餸,唔計鮑魚,剛好S$10。。。真慳家。

鬼魚  S$3 (= HK$18)
辣椒醬  S$2 (= HK$12)
雞殼     S$3 (= HK$18)
白菜仔  S$2 (= HK$12)
