人整我又整之。。。。薑酵素收成

等咗一個月,終於收成喇!

同橙酵素一樣處理方法:
1) 用篩隔去姜楂,把酵素入樽。(樽一樣要用熱水消毒及風乾)
2) 用攪拌機把薑楂打爛,再用篩隔出酵素,把這次的酵素放入另外一個樽,因為今次帶有薑泥。                                     

薑酵素有保健功效,包括防癌抗癌,抗脂肪,抗氧化,發汗,治感冒,減輕嘔吐,噁心,抗凝血,預防膽結石作用等。

  1. just a side note Siby, I love the taste of the ginger slices after the harvest. My colleagues and I enjoyed them after refrigerating them, soooo yummy. And I also cut up some and put in cupcakes... delicious too....
